The support-pages can be used by all MIK customers having signed a valid maintenance contract with MIK GmbH directly or with one of its reselling partners. If you like to get access please use the online register-form by choosing the link 'to register' at the end of this page.
If you already had an access to our old version of the hompage you can continue to use your username and password. A name like the example "John Public" has to be used now as "john-public" (lowercase letters and hyphen instead of blank). Your former password can still be used without any modification.
Common support requests should be sent to support(at)mik.de.

Customers of our partners should get into contact with their local software vendor.

New: Our new MIK-Support Helpdesk now allows registered customers to directly send technical requests to the central MIK-Support. MIK-Support HelpDesk allows customers to have always an overview about sent requests, to view their status and to add information also later.
To use the MIK-Support HelpDesk a seperate Login is needed. You can send a request for login data directly inside the HelpDesk area.
Hint: To use the MIK-Support HelpDesk not more than one account per customer will be created. We recommend Microsoft Internet Explorer to use with the HelpDesk.
